It’s time to dust off your hat and boots and join in with the fun of the Tamworth Country Music Festival. This is our first one so we are looking forward to welcoming a motel full of country music fans.
Most of the rooms are ready to go although we did have a little mishap in one room which saw the water leaking out of the rooftop air-conditioning unit and pouring through the ceiling onto the floor below. The timing was perfect of course so the plasterers and carpeting folk are frantically working to make sure it is back in service on time.
Oh and then there was the room where the tiles decided that now was a good time to fall off the walls. Whoever converted these rooms from laundry’s to bathrooms forgot about wet-seal so we took the opportunity to re-tile the bathroom and replace the vanity and toilet. Fingers crossed, and they will be back in action right on time.
I’m confident all will end well and we’ll be able to get out and see some of the amazing acts who will be performing here in Tamworth. There’s extremely limited rooms available but if you want to check it out go to the link below.
