Our guests are a little confused by booking.com’s descriptions of our rooms. They see our lowest priced room and automatically assume it’s pet friendly.
However, our pet rooms cost a little more due to their size. One thing I can’t bear is tripping over my dogs so we have allocated the larger rooms to accommodate pets. Also these rooms are tiled throughout so any accidents and fur can be attended to without massive cleaning fees.
All our queen rooms and our upstairs rooms are carpeted so they are not pet-friendly. Please make sure you ring us direct to check availability of the pet-friendly rooms. I’m working with booking.com to see if we can rectify this issue. It seems very difficult to communicate.
